Rabbit Pose (Sasakasana)

Lengthens the spine
Stretches the back, arms and shoulders
Stimulates endocrine system

* Should not be practiced in case of recent knee, neck, spine or shoulder injury

Begin in Child's Pose.  Hold the heels in the hands, inhale, and lift the hips towards the sky.  Draw the forehead towards the knees, rolling onto the crown of the head.

Hold for 5-8 breaths.

To release, exhale, lower the hips to the heels, gently slide the forehead forward, and return to Child's Pose
