Around Labuan Bajo: Through the Hills

The town of Labuan Bajo, although a welcome break from Island life to eat good food and indulge in a nice bottle of wine, is, basically, a dust pit.  Going to town is not my favourite past time. 

However, once you get up on the hill the view is quite spectacular.  And, because the road in town is a one way street, going up on the hill to loop back around is a fairly common occurrence.

Today I spent the day in town visiting all the local hotels, tour agencies and dive shops.  Every now and then when the view was particularly pretty I asked my driver to stop so I could take a picture.  Here are a few photos of the harbour and surrounding islands from up high...
