An Energising Plank Sequence




We begin in Child's Pose...


Lift into Downward Facing Dog...


Shift your weight forward and come into Plank Pose...


Come back into Downward Facing Dog....


Shift your weight again, this time moving into Side Plank...



Come back into Downward Facing Dog...


Repeat the sequence on the other side, then finish back in Child's Pose.

You can move through this sequence as many times as you like, increasing the hold of your planks each time.
