Cow Pose (Bitilasana)

Stretches the front of the torso and neck
Gently massages spine

*Should be modified in case of neck injury or pain

We begin on our hands and knees with wrists below the shoulders and knees below the hips.  On an inhale, slowly lift the tail bone towards the ceiling, and lift and open through the chest.  On the exhale, return to the tabletop position.

Cow Pose is often done with Cat Pose as a warm up Vinyasa Flow.
