Now that you've had a few days to practice the asana I've given you so far, let's start to put the poses together, on the breath.
Begin in Child's Pose.
Inhale and lift into Downward Facing Dog. Hold here for a few breaths.
On an inhale, come forward into Plank Pose.
Exhale and lower into Chaturanga.
Bring the belly all the way onto the floor, inhale and left the chest, Baby Cobra.
Exhale and return to Child's Pose.
Stay in Child's pose for a few breaths and repeat this sequence.
*** Remember that this sequence can be done with your knees on the mat in Plank Pose and Chaturanga.
This sequence is part of a longer Vinyasa Flow called a Sun Salutation and we will revisit it at the end of next week with the rest of the postures in the flow.
